Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plastic engineering or related field.
Other Requirement
:
Strong proficiency in Excel (Ex. Pivot Table, Lookup functions).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering.
Experience in hanger manufacturing is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in root cause analysis tools

Location: Mainetti (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd, Plot: 129-131, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our team. Candidates with hands-on expertise in hanger manufacturing will be given strong priority.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations for injection molding machines.
Deep understanding of injection molding machine operation (hydraulic & all-electric).
Expertise in setting and optimizing injection, packing, cooling, and back-pressure parameters.
Knowledge of melt flow index (MFI) and its impact on PP, PS, PET processing.
Strong experience in mold installation, alignment, and changeovers.
Ability to interpret and adjust temperature profiles, cycle times, and mold cooling circuits.
Skilled in handling hot runner systems.
Ability to analyze and resolve molding defects such as short shots, flash, warpage, burn marks, flow lines, splay, and black specs.
Familiar with screw design, plasticizing capacity, and material cooling requirements.
Experience reducing cycle time, optimizing OEE, and minimizing scrap rates.
Knowledge of safety standards, machine guarding, and handling hot materials.
Man power mapping and allocation of manpower based on the skills.
