Plan, organize, and conduct physical education classes and sports activities for students.
Teach a variety of indoor and outdoor games, focusing on physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline.
Identify students’ physical strengths and guide them to develop their athletic skills.
Organize regular sports drills, fitness exercises, and physical training sessions.
Prepare students for inter-school, inter-college, or national-level sports competitions.
Promote the importance of health, hygiene, and an active lifestyle among students.
Ensure safety standards are maintained during all physical activities and sports events.
Manage and maintain sports equipment, playgrounds, and gym facilities.
Develop and implement annual sports calendars and event plans.
Supervise school tournaments, sports day programs, and extracurricular fitness events.
Maintain student participation records and physical performance evaluations.
Work in coordination with school administration and academic staff to balance academics and physical activities.
Encourage inclusive participation, fair play, and sportsmanship among all students.
Provide first aid during sports-related injuries and ensure timely medical attention when needed.
Perform any other duties related to sports and physical education as assigned by the authority.
