Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university. (Higher degrees will be considered an added advantage.)

Candidates retired from any Government organization in a position not below Superintendent Engineer.
Candidates retired from the Bangladesh Army in a rank not below the rank of Major.
