Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lessons, daily activities, and maintaining classroom routines.
Assist the lead teacher with setting up learning centers and cleaning up after activities.
Support children during learning activities, circle time, art, music, and play.
Prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Provide hands-on support with routines such as meals/snacks, toileting, hand-washing, and rest time.
Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being.
Encourage social skills and help children resolve conflicts with their peers.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment according to health and safety standards.
Communicate respectfully with teacher, children, and staff.
Respond calmly and appropriately to minor accidents, injuries, or conflicts.
