Bachelor/Honors, Masters Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.

Lead and supervise the underwriting department.
Develop and execute underwriting policies, guideline and risk assessment frameworks.
Evaluate high-value and complex insurance proposals.
Improve underwriting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Prepare risk reports and recommend appropriate decision-making.
Coordinate with actuarial, claims, and marketing teams.
Train and guide underwriting officers and ensure quality control.
