Educational Requirement	• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology
Experience	• At most 2 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Travel Agency • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Other Requirement	• Age 25 to 35 years • Candidate from any discipline can apply but CSE/IT is preferable.
Responsibilities	• Receive, triage, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs. • Reproduce and diagnose issues using logs, API responses, and database queries. • Provide L1/L2 support and escalate complex bugs to developers with clear reproduction steps. • Monitor application health and respond to incidents or alerts. • Communicate with clients by email, phone, and chat, giving clear updates and workarounds. • Support deployments, configuration changes, and post-release verification. • Write and maintain documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. • Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to prevent them. • Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers.
