Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/ Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry from a reputated university.
Other Requirement
:
2–5 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or formulation laboratory.
Experience in R&D, product development, or analytical testing will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with strong lab skills may be considered for trainee positions.
Familiar with USP, GMP, and GLP standards.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team

Ezma Industries is hiring an experienced Chemical Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and product developmentDepartment: Research & DevelopmentThe ideal candidate will ensure that all lab and product development work meets USP, GMP, and GLP standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee quality assurance for USP-grade raw materials.
Perform lab-scale synthesis, purification, and quality testing.
Operate analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, pH meters, titration equipment.
Maintain accurate R&D documentation, experiment logs, stability data, and batch records.
Ensure GLP, GMP, and safety compliance inside the laboratory.
Assist in the scale-up of successful formulations for pilot production.
Collaborate with QA, Production, and Compliance teams to improve processes.
Participate in troubleshooting, process optimization, and raw material validation.
