A China Based Accessories (Garments) Company

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Experience: At least 2 years experienced on textile customer service, familiar with ERP system operation and LC operation.
• Computer: Very good at MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing and other office applications.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills to represent the company brand 
• Basic Mandarin is a plus

• Receiving customer new development requests and follow the developments until technical files signed
• Follow customer sampling request
• Quotation and customer price referencing in ERP system
• Price negotiation
• Customer quality issue support
• Regular customer visit
• Opportunity to work closely with China HQ and international clients
