Responsibilities
:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the school to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with different departments for effective operational support.
Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures efficiently.
Maintain office records, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and official functions.
Maintain office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Manage the entire student enrollment process including admissions, registration, and orientation.
Oversee enrolment, admissions, registration, and student database management.
Maintain and update student databases accurately and securely.
Coordinate with parents regarding admissions, documentation, and queries.
Implement enrollment policies and ensure compliance with school regulations.
Serve as a point of contact between parents, staff, and school management.
Communicate student progress and administrative updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in organizing meetings, school events, and parent-teacher interactions.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance school operations.
Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
Manage office supplies, school assets, and vendor relationships efficiently.
Support HR and other departments with administrative and enrollment-related tasks.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Administration or school management.
