Promote diagnostic instruments and reagents to laboratories and diagnostic centers, hospitals and research institutions.
Install, calibrate, and maintain IVD instruments such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology analyzers.
Provide timely technical service and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets through effective follow-up and customer relationship management.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer documentation.
Uphold professionalism, discipline, and compliance with company rules and operational standards.
