Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering
Other Requirement

2–3 years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (Plastic process preferred).
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and process improvement methodologies.
Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and production efficiency tracking.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Officer – Lean Manufacturing to join our Industrial Engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Lean tools, production process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment (preferably Plastic process).Location: Plot: 129-131, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Key Responsibilities:
Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, and Waste Reduction.
Conduct time & motion studies, capacity studies, and layout improvement projects.
Analyze production data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
Support productivity enhancement by reducing bottlenecks.
Develop and update SOPs, workflow standards.
Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects and follow up on sustainability.
Train and guide production teams on Lean concepts and methods.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficiency targets.
