Educational Requirement : Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with proficiency in english
Other Requirement :
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy.• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Familiarity with the international education industry is preferred but not mandatory.• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.• Strong English and Bangla language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year experience at the related field.
    Responsibilities :
  • • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the institution’s VET programs in Bangladesh. • Build and maintain strong relationships with local education agents, partners, and stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify potential students and explore untapped opportunities. • Organize promotional events, webinars, and workshops to showcase course offerings. • Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students about courses, admissions, and career opportunities. • Work closely with the onshore marketing team to align strategies and achieve common goals. • Oversee agent onboarding, training, and relationship management. • Collaborate effectively with other marketing and admission staff. • Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality student applications.
