• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Architect (Junior Level): Minimum 3 years` professional experience
• Diploma Architect: 6–7 years` professional experience
• Strong skills in Architectural Design Development, Concept to Detail, Working Drawings, 3D Modeling & Rendering, Site Coordination, Client Communication, and Project Presentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio required (Diploma Architect)
• Preference given to candidates with experience in Resort Design, Landscape Design, Hospitality Projects, Nature-Based & Sustainable Architecture

• Prepare working drawings and 3D modeling & rendering

• Prepare project presentations
• Independently develop architectural projects with detailed drawings (for Diploma Architect)
