Formulate and execute long-term business strategies to scale One Tap nationwide.
Drive digital innovation, app enhancement, and technology integration to elevate customer experience.
Lead the development and improvement of the mobile app, website, backend systems, and service automation features.
Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) to optimize operations and service delivery.
Operational Management
Ensure operational excellence, timely service delivery, and superior service quality across all categories.
Strengthen vendor management, technician onboarding, service tracking, and digital monitoring systems.
Maintain seamless platform operations, including uptime, security, performance, and user experience.
Business Growth & Expansion
Grow the user base through data-driven marketing, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition campaigns.
Leverage market insights and analytics to identify new services, revenue streams, and expansion opportunities.
Drive product innovation and feature development aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Financial & Organizational Oversight
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
Implement robust SOPs, governance frameworks, security protocols, and quality controls.
Optimize operational efficiency using digital tools, automation, and performance dashboards.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams including technology, operations, marketing, and customer service.
