Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.(MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.)

Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.

Develop and implement a comprehensive business and operational strategy to position Labaid Automobile as a leader in automotive services and technology-driven mobility solutions.
Oversee workshop operations, service quality, spare parts management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive growth in corporate car service agreements through strategic partnerships with national and multinational organizations.
Lead initiatives to introduce modern diagnostic systems, EV and hybrid servicing, and automated car care solutions.
Supervise the import and deployment of high-quality car repair and maintenance equipment to ensure world-class service standards.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, cost efficiency, and profit margins across all business units.
Build and lead a high-performing management and technical team focused on innovation, quality, and accountability.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Labaid Group’s leadership to align operations with the group’s long-term growth vision.
Represent the organization in key industry forums, supplier networks, and stakeholder engagements.
