Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Other Requirement
:
4+ years of experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of security best practices and scalable architecture.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Position Overview: (Tizaraa is a Sister Concern of Charm Ltd) We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side components that power our software products and services.Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMReporting To: Head of the DepartmentKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel.
Build and maintain secure APIs and database schemas.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Ensure high-quality, clean and maintainable code through best practices.
Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
