Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor/Honors Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (CSE, IT, or HCI background preferred).
Other Requirement
:
3–5+ years’ proven experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and SaaS design work with clear understanding of UI methodologies.
High proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Tokens, Prototyping).
Ability to create and organise Figma files: clear layers, grouped elements, and documentation.
Strong grasp of design principles: typography, colour, layout hierarchy, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter)—no coding required.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across teams.
Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.

Position Overview: (Tizaraa is a Sister Concern of Charm Ltd) We are seeking a Mid-Level UX & UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Tizaraa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Reporting To: Head of the Department
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our product manager and design lead to improve UX and refine digital products.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
Translate requirements into concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, and elegant user experiences.
Participate in design reviews, stakeholder calls, and cross-team syncs (developers, PMs, QA, customer growth, and support).
Help build, maintain, and evolve our internal design system to ensure brand and product consistency.
Adapt to changing product requirements with a calm, solution-focused approach.
Effectively utilise AI tools within the design process.
