Educational Requirement
:
Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technology discipline. Candidates with extensive professional experience in technology-driven environments will also be considered.
Other Requirement
:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within a reputed organization.
Proven expertise in digital transformation, software development, cloud technologies, AI-based systems, and IT infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise application deployment.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-organization or group-level technology operations.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a focus on innovation and measurable outcomes.
Position: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)About the RoleLife Plus Bangladesh Ltd., a concern of the esteemed Labaid Group, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to spearhead digital innovation and technology transformation across its healthcare and technology-driven enterprises. The selected incumbent will be appointed under Life Plus Bangladesh Ltd. and will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the Labaid Group’s sister concerns engaged in healthcare, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and digital solutions.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a unified technology and digital transformation strategy across Virtucarebd.ai Ltd., Labaid Artificial Intelligence Company Ltd., Life Plus Bangladesh Ltd., and other sister companies under the Labaid Group, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term digital vision and growth objectives.
Lead innovation and digital initiatives in healthcare technology, AI, telemedicine, Insuretech, and enterprise automation.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data management across all group entities.
Drive technology-enabled service improvements to enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and international digital health standards.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable technology platforms and systems.
Build and mentor high-performing technical teams across multiple business verticals.
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable digital growth.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior management to align technological advancements with business strategy.
