Educational Requirement	:	Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Other Requirement	:	Skills: Strong knowledge of banking operations, LC/BG, and cash management. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to embrace responsibilities and challenges with commitment and integrity.
Responsibilities	:	Location: Z&Z Intimates Limited, CEPZ, Chattogram.Job Responsibilities: Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations. Monitor liquidity position and ensure optimal utilization of funds. Debtors’ follow-up for timely fund collection. Work closely with the commercial department on required documentation for fund realizations. Maintain the loan schedule and ensure timely interest & capital repayments. Handle issuance and amendment of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) related fund requirements. Opened & accepted LC liability reconciliations. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations. Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to treasury activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Support in forex management and investment decisions. Other management reports as required.
