  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service role (preferably in salon/spa/hospital/aesthetic center) preferred.
  • Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Customer Service preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant appearance with a friendly and confident personality.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and manage clients professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling software).

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and ensure a professional first impression.
  • Manage client appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and online bookings professionally.
  • Maintain client records and treatment history accurately.
  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Manage cash and billing for client services following company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
  • Assist in daily administrative and customer service tasks as required.
