Must have factory-based quality management experience and exposure to international buyer standards.

We produce high-quality soft toys for global brands, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Quality Manager to lead our quality department and ensure all production meets international buyer requirements.Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the factory Quality Control (QC) team to ensure consistent product quality.
Develop and implement effective quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
Communicate directly with foreign customers regarding quality issues and product approvals.
Prepare and execute Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for buyer audits and quality feedback.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records in a professional manner.
Provide technical guidance and training to QC team members.
Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to achieve company quality goals.
