Educational Requirement

At least 10 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years directly in ERP management/implementation in large-scale garments/textile industries.
Proven track record of ERP integration covering buyer compliance, quality, production, and finance modules.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical expertise in ERP configuration, customization, and execution.
In-depth knowledge of garments/textiles industry processes and international buyer requirements.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
