Employment Type: Full-TimeJob PurposeThe Executive – Reservation & Ticketing will be responsible for managing domestic and international airline reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing-related services. Strong practical expertise in Galileo GDS is highly preferred, with the ability to independently create and manage PNRs, check availability, price fares, issue tickets, and handle re-issuance and other post-ticketing services.The position will work closely with the Sales, Corporate, B2B, B2C, Product Development, Visa, Holidays, and other Support teams to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements for clients.Key Responsibilities• Handle domestic and international airline reservations and ticketing using Galileo GDS.
• Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of Galileo commands, PNR creation, fare display, availability, pricing, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, and refund procedures.
• Search and verify flight availability, schedules, routes, fares, fare rules, baggage allowances, and booking classes through Galileo.
• Create, modify, retrieve, and manage PNRs in Galileo accurately.
• Perform fare pricing and fare verification and ensure correct application of airline fare rules and taxes.
• Issue airline tickets through Galileo GDS within airline and ticketing time limits.
• Handle ticket re-issuance, date changes, cancellations, refunds, voids, and other post-ticketing services according to airline policies and fare rules.
• Monitor ticketing time limits and take necessary action before booking deadlines.
• Coordinate with B2C, B2B, Corporate Sales, Product Development, Visa, Holidays, and other Support teams regarding reservation and ticketing requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, travel partners, and suppliers regarding reservation and ticketing-related issues.
• Prepare accurate flight itineraries and ticket information for customers and internal teams.
• Verify passenger names, travel dates, passport information where applicable, fare conditions, and other booking details before ticket issuance.
• Handle urgent and last-minute booking requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on pending ticketing, refund, re-issuance, and cancellation cases.
• Maintain accurate records of PNRs, issued tickets, re-issued tickets, cancellations, refunds, and pending transactions.
• Ensure ticketing accuracy to minimize financial loss, booking errors, ADM exposure, and customer service issues.
• Provide post-ticketing support for itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and ticketing reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.
Educational Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Professional training or certification in airline reservation and ticketing will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements• 1–3 years of practical experience in airline reservation and ticketing, travel agency, OTA, or corporate travel operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Galileo GDS is highly preferred.
• Candidates must have practical knowledge of Galileo PNR creation, flight availability, fare pricing, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refund, and related GDS operations.
• Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS platforms will be considered an additional advantage.
• Fresh graduates may be considered only if they have strong practical training and knowledge of Galileo GDS.

• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict ticketing deadlines.
