Ability to work independently and perform field inspections.

Responsibilities
:
Prepare detailed Structural, Architectural, and Plumbing design drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering inputs and design data.
Coordinate with designer and project teams to ensure assessment accuracy and clarity.
Conduct site visits to collect building and structural information (measurements, materials, layouts, etc.).
Draft and modify AutoCAD drawings (architectural and structural) as per site conditions.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and summaries for submission.
Maintain proper documentation of field data, photographs, and observations.
Support the cost estimation team by preparing quantity take-offs, material lists, and drawing-based BOQs.
Regularly communicate and coordinate with vendors and testing teams to ensure timely data collection and documentation.

We are looking for a Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator (Civil) with strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and construction activities to support our Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) and design projects.
The selected candidate will assist in preparing detailed engineering drawings, visiting project sites for data collection, and ensuring technical accuracy in design documentation and reporting.
