Workplace: Office & Project (as per project requirements)Job Summary:Secure Property Management Ltd., a reputed real estate and development company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager / AGM – Construction to lead and manage large- scale construction projects. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret all structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before execution.
Supervise and monitor all construction activities — from piling and basement to superstructure and finishing works.
Prepare and verify BOQ, cost estimation, and work schedules.
Maintain strict compliance with design specifications, safety codes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and solutions for on-site construction issues.
Manage multiple ongoincg projects and ensure timely progress within budget.
Control material usage and coordinate with the procurement department for proper inventory management.
Prepare regular progress reports and update senior management.
Ensure effective leadership, teamwork, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
