| Responsibilities |

Counselling & Student GuidanceProvide accurate information to students and parents regarding study destinations, courses, universities, and admission requirements.Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person or online) to assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capacity.Assist students in shortlisting universities and programs based on their profiles and preferences.Explain admission, scholarship, and visa processes clearly.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Japan, Hungary, etc.Application & File ProcessingPrepare, review, and process student applications for universities and colleges.Check and verify required academic and financial documents before submission.Coordinate with partner institutions for offer letters, admissions, and updates.Prepare visa files, including SOPs, financial documents, and required forms.Ensure all files are compliant with embassy and university requirements.Track and manage each student’s file progress in the CRM system or internal tracker.Communication & CoordinationLiaise with universities, embassies, and external partners for timely updates.Communicate admission results and visa decisions to students promptly.Support marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and education fairs.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional representatives.Reporting & ComplianceMaintain detailed records of all counselling and application activities.Generate weekly and monthly reports on conversions and application status. |
