Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized institution (Bangladesh or abroad)

Experience: 1–5 & above years of proven experience in capital markets
Skills: Strong salesmanship, portfolio management expertise and in-depth knowledge of the capital market
Professional Qualification: Candidates with capital market certifications or relevant training will have an added advantage Required to have valid Authorized Representative (AR) certification/license
Other Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both oral and written) and professional competency on MS Office applications

Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and revenue
Identify and serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and their investment portfolios
Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments
Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the client base
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while attracting new funds to facilitate prudent investment decisions
Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators
Prepare periodic management reports as required
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
