End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple, concurrent software development projects (website, web app, mobile app) from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, particularly those based in North America. Expertly manage expectations, provide regular status updates, and build strong, trusted partnerships.
Technical Liaison: Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Facilitate technical discussions between clients and development teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment on technical solutions.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk mitigation strategies.
Agile/Scrum Evangelism: Champion and enforce Agile/Scrum best practices to foster a culture of rapid iteration, continuous improvement, and team empowerment. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Motivation & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers. Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment focused on speed, quality, and accountability.
Quality & Performance Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards throughout the development process. Ensure that all deliverables are well-tested, scalable, secure, and meet the defined success criteria.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key project metrics and KPIs, providing clear and concise reports to senior management and clients to ensure full transparency and data-driven decision-making.
