Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase IELTS admissions and registrations.
Lead, motivate, and train the business development and counselling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence.
Maintain strong relationships with agents, educational partners, and internal departments.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to design data-driven marketing and sales initiatives.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic Teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics, sales achievements, and growth strategies for management review and approval.
