Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and structural engineering principles.

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities on-site.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to maintain effective communication and workflow.
Monitor the installation of steel structures and other construction elements, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Oversee the procurement and use of materials, ensuring optimal use and reducing wastage.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and address any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all site workers.
Maintain daily records of site activities, including work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
Support the team in achieving project milestones and preparing reports for stakeholders.
