Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Bachelor/Master’s degree in, Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.

Responsibilities
:
Reports To: Group COO and MD & CEOJob Purpose:To lead and oversee the entire business operations of Texas Sky Travels ensuring strategic growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in alignment with Group vision and profitability goals.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute the overall travel business strategy.
Oversee air ticketing, visa, hotel booking and travel package services.
Manage and guide the marketing and ticketing teams to meet monthly revenue targets.
Build B2B and B2C networks through corporate partnerships and travel agencies.
Monitor sales, cost efficiency and service quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA standards and company policies.
Maintain strong liaison with airlines, GDS and relevant travel partners.
Prepare monthly business reports and strategic presentations for Group COO and MD & CEO.
