Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Diploma Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
Experience implementing security best practices (firewalls, identity management, encryption).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
Experience with software implementation or system integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Certifications (an asset):
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
