:
Position SummaryThe Store In-Charge is directly responsible for the day-to-day warehouse and supply chain operations of BFC. This includes full accountability for inventory management, logistics coordination, and staff supervision to ensure all raw materials and finished goods are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched. The role demands strict control over stock accuracy, food quality, documentation, safety, and coordination with suppliers and outlets to maintain a smooth, compliant, and cost-effective operation.Core Responsibilities
Take direct responsibility for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to all BFC outlets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP/WMS systems and perform manual bookkeeping and record keeping as a secure backup for software data.
Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile differences with ERP reports, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and compliance with food quality and safety standards.
Implement and strictly enforce safety, security, and hygiene protocols for personnel, goods, and premises.
Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse layout, workflow, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost and waste.
Ensure real-time data entry and documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods, both digitally and manually.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and outlet managers to maintain uninterrupted supply and optimum stock levels.
Maintain proper filing systems for delivery notes, invoices, inventory records, and related documents, both in physical and digital form.
Be fully accountable for stock variance, losses, and overall warehouse performance.
Monitor vehicle and equipment utilization, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure warehouse readiness at all times.
