*Lead,motivate and manage the sales team within the assigned zone to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. *Develope and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and strengthen dealer networks. *Ientify potential dealers/distributors and ensure proper coverage in the territory. *Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for market positioning and pricing strategies. *Maintain effective communication between the zonal team and head office for reporting and feedback. *Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies. *Conduct feild visits,evaluate team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
