Educational Requirement	• PhD • PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (home or abroad) • Consistently good academic record (no 3rd class/division at any level) • Candidates with degrees from reputed foreign universities will be given preference
Other Requirement	• Age 45 to 60 years • Candidates must fulfill the required academic qualifications, teaching experience, research experience, and publication requirements prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh for appointment to the position of Professor. • Candidates should have relevant teaching and research experience in the respective discipline. • Candidates must have the required number and quality of research publications as stipulated by the applicable UGC guidelines. • Preference may be given to candidates having PhD/equivalent qualifications, substantial teaching and research experience, and publications in reputed indexed journals (Scopus/ISI). • All qualifications and experience must be supported by relevant certificates/documents • Strong research profile with publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals • Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills • Proven experience in supervising postgraduate (Master’s/PhD) students
