Junayna is a growing cosmetics and skincare retail brand, looking for energetic, customer-focused and experienced Sales Executives for our outlets in Mirpur and Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements• Minimum HSC
• Candidates with relevant educational background will be preferred.
*Experience Requirements*• Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail or related sales.
• Experience in a retail outlet or beauty/cosmetics store will be preferred.
*Job Responsibilities*• Assist customers in selecting suitable makeup and skincare products.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage and pricing to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display and outlet cleanliness.
• Assist with stock checking and product arrangement.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Perform other day-to-day responsibilities related to outlet operations.
