• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a Managerial position in a recognized hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets and large hospitality service teams.
• Strong understanding of F&B business performance, including revenue management, food and beverage cost, labor cost, budgeting, forecasting, gross profit, and variance analysis.
• Strong practical knowledge of F&B purchasing, receiving, storage, stock rotation, inventory reconciliation, and supplier coordination.
• Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP principles, sanitation, hygiene, food handling, and workplace safety.
• Strong manpower planning and shift-management skills for 24/7 or extended-hour Hotel operations.
• Excellent guest-relations and service-recovery skills, with the ability to handle complaints and sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong coordination skills with the Executive Chef, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Procurement, Engineering, and Hotel Management teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Experience with POS systems, F&B management software, PMS interfaces, inventory-management systems, or hospitality ERP solutions will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays and extended hours according to Resort requirements.
• Professional training/certification in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Operations, Food Safety/HACCP, or related fields will be an added advantage.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and service-oriented Manager (Food & Beverage) to lead and manage the hotel's Food & Beverage Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.Responsibilities• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and catering.
• Ensure excellence in food quality, service standards, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and overall F&B experience.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies, menus, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Monitor departmental revenue, expenses, budgets, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Control food, labor, and overhead costs while minimizing wastage and improving operational efficiency.
• Manage procurement, inventory, stock control, supplier negotiations, and departmental assets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Lead, train, motivate, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Manage banquets, events, conferences, catering functions, and special guest requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and implement appropriate business strategies.
• Prepare departmental reports, analyze performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Sales, Accounts & Finance, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Attend management meetings and support the General Manager in achieving overall hotel objectives.
