• Candidates with a proven track record of generating leads and converting them into customers will receive preference.
• Experience in building or managing a sales/marketing team will be an added advantage.Basic understanding of software development, website, web applications, ERP/Business software or IT services will be an advantage.

About OSES ITOSES IT is a growing software development company focused on developing practical, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions for businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive who can take responsibility for generating software and website sales, acquiring new clients, building business relationships and developing a strong sales and marketing team.This role is suitable for someone who need to perform following activities-• Promote and sell OSES IT’s existing software solutions to businesses and organizations.
• Generate new orders for custom software, websites and other IT solutions.
• Identify potential customers who may benefit from OSES IT’s products and services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software or IT solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from initial contact to order confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with technical team members, existing and potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, customization, and additional services.
• Generate leads through phone calls, meetings, networking, social media, email, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
• Research potential clients and maintain a structured prospect database.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Salary & Compensation• Salary: 40000/- (Negotiable based on skills, experience, sales ability, and overall suitability for the position)
• Additional performance-based incentives/commission may be considered based on the company's compensation structure and individual/team performance.
