• Mandatory Experience: The ideal candidate must have direct experience managing product safety compliance for Zara Kids (Inditex). They must be thoroughly familiar with its specific quality standards, chemical/physical safety restrictions, and audit protocols.
• Sharp Tools & Metal Contamination Control: Manage needle control room operations (cross-checking 5–10 types daily), execute broken needle investigation protocols, and oversee Metal-Free Zone (CTPAT) audits and daily metal detection.
• Risk Analysis & Product Testing: Attend PP meetings for comprehensive risk assessments, coordinate safety testing during the first bulk production, and rigorously audit pull tests and label control requirements.
• System Standards & Team Training: Prepare all product safety SOPs, documents, and records, align safety standards with suppliers, and deliver regular safety training to the QC team and workers.
