Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Logistics Services to ensure the smooth movement of products, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role requires strong coordination, accuracy, and problem-solving to support order fulfillment, procurement, shipment management, and inventory control. By improving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role directly contributes to operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain accurate product records in internal systems.
Generate and manage product barcodes to ensure traceability across sales and distribution channels.
Monitor and track customer orders, providing timely updates on delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain service quality.
Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions to protect brand reputation.
Collect and process requirements for accessories, trims, and materials in collaboration with design and operations teams.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Manage approvals, documentation, and purchase order processing.
Coordinate and follow up on import and export shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Work with freight forwarders and shipping partners to resolve logistics issues while ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
Verify and process supplier and logistics-related invoices.
Monitor internal requisitions and inventory usage to ensure material availability.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Provide operational support during campaigns, seasonal operations, and special projects.
