Responsibilities
:
Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and strategies including instructing staff to achieve Bakery goals.
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of the Bakery to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
Manage the Bakery to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness Establish Bakery policies and procedures, supervise cash handling and POS System.
Manage customer complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the marketing team for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Bakery and increase revenue.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
