Responsibilities |

Responsibilities:Lead and manage Reservation & Ticketing team.Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.Supervise and ensure efficient handling of all reservation-related email correspondence.Keep travel advisories up-to-date for international bookings and share them with customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.Monitor and maintain high standards in call handling and email response practices.Ensure the team meets qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on customer satisfaction.Provide regular reports to senior management with detailed updates on the department’s performance.Take an active role in the development and implementation of customer support strategies.Oversee the full booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at each stage.Manage and train the team on re-issuing, re-validating, refunding, and upgrading tickets.Ensure team proficiency in operating GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus) and other relevant systems.Manage end-to-end booking procedures, including the creation, modification, cancellation, and issuance of tickets.Continuously improve the team's skills and knowledge by providing training and mentorship.Perform additional duties assigned by management to support company growth. |
