2–4 years of practical experience in Quality/Shade/Finishing section of Knit Dyeing Factory.
Strong knowledge of shade matching & textile quality control may also apply.
Strong knowledge in shade continuity, color fastness, and packing verification.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Must be detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, ERP knowledge preferred).

Job Context: Quality Supervisor (Shade, Packing List & Collar Cuff)We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and technically sound Quality Supervisor/Officer to oversee quality operations in our knit dyeing factory. The role requires ensuring proper shade approval, packing list accuracy, and collar & cuff quality standards before bulk delivery. The candidate must have practical experience in knit dyeing production and a strong knowledge of shade matching, measurement, finishing quality, and customer requirements.The Quality Supervisor/Officer will work closely with production, finishing, and delivery teams to maintain product quality and ensure compliance with buyer standards. This position is critical for minimizing rejection, reducing shade variation, and ensuring flawless shipment preparation.Job Responsibilities: Quality Supervisor/Officer (Shade, Packing List & Collar-Cuff)1. Shade Evaluation & Control
Check dyed fabric shade against approved standard swatches under different light sources.
Ensure shade continuity between body fabric, collar, cuff, and rib before bulk approval.
Monitor shade variations and communicate corrective actions with the dyeing & finishing team.
Approve or reject shade panels and production lots based on buyer requirements.
2. Packing List Management
Verify fabric quantity, GSM, width, shrinkage, and shade before making the packing list.
Ensure the accuracy of the packing list against order sheet, buyer PO, and delivery schedule.
Maintain packing list records for delivery and audit purposes.
Coordinate with the finishing and delivery department for smooth handover.
3. Collar & Cuff Quality Control
Inspect collar and cuff shade matching with body fabric before bulk use.
Check knitting and dyeing quality of collar & cuff (GSM, shape, stretch, and shade).
Ensure collar & cuff measurement consistency as per buyer specification.
Communicate any mismatch or deviation to production and QA for corrective measures.
4. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Maintain quality inspection reports for shade, packing, collar & cuff.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and factory SOP.
Assist in root cause analysis of shade variation or mismatch.
Support internal & external audits regarding shade, collar-cuff, and packing quality.
5. Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with dyeing, finishing, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Guide junior QC officers or helpers on shade and packing list checking procedures.
Report daily quality status to the Quality Manager/Head of Quality.
