Bachelor/Honors, Masters Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Other Requirement
:
4–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in a software development/IT company will be a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act, HR compliance, and employee relations.
Proven ability to design and implement effective HR policies and processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
