Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Other Requirement
:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and compliance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in garments, manufacturing, or large-scale factory operations preferred.

Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and performance evaluation systems.
Maintain disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Plan and execute training & development initiatives for employees.
Oversee administrative functions such as logistics, security, compliance, and office management.
Prepare reports for senior management and support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, fire safety, compliance audits, and other regulatory requirements.
Work closely with top management to align HR strategy with company objectives.
