06 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of alieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Preference for FMCG experience in the FMCG sector particularly in Lubricants will be highly valued as it showcases familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of this industry.
The applicant must possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a track record of implementing effective plans to expand market share and boost revenue.
Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, aligning departmental goals with over all company objectives.
Guide, Mentor and support to Area Manager - Sales (AM-S) & Executives to maximize team performance.
To be responsible for leaving sales team to obtain assigned target though marketing forces. Monitor, review & evaluate the performance of Area Manager - Sales (AM-S)/Executives & Distributors/Dealers against.
Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, New Dealers, achieve targeted sales.
Oversees daily sales activities, ensuring, efficient and effective implementation of sales plans.
Prepare monthly Quarterly and annual sales plan’s and monitor the work forces activities reporting accurately to achieve sales targets.
Assist with the promotional activities of the Company, including sales activations, Brand activations and events, to ensure adequate market awareness for our products.
Coordinate with marketing, accounts, Logistics and supply chain teams.
Build and maintain relationships, with key clients, Dealers and Distributors.
Training development monitoring of sales, sales forces and Dealers/ Distribution personnel.
Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
Prepare monthly Quarterly and annual sales budgets and forecasts in Coordination with the senior management.
Supervise field operations regularly, weekly, as per monthly schedule and maintain team Coordination.
Organize regular meeting with Area Manager – Sales (AM-S)/Executives/Distributors/Dealers & Distribution.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
