Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Other Requirement
:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, or systems management. Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, VBA) and familiarity with other data analysis tools.
Experience with CRM/ERP systems and digital platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Develop, prepare, and present analytical reports and dashboards for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Manage and maintain the institution’s CRM (Meritto) to ensure accurate data capture, integration, and usage.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for CRM upgradation, monitoring, and support.
Analyze business processes across operational and administrative units to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Conduct market, enrollment, and competitor analysis to support institutional planning.
Support operational departments with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
Assist in planning and executing institutional projects by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support data governance initiatives.
