Educational Requirement
:
Masters Master's degree along with a 4-year Bachelor's degree from a reputed university. (applicants from English and Science backgrounds will be given preference)
Other Requirement
:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an English-medium school as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or Academic Coordinator.
10 years of teaching experience. (preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
Strong commitment to Islamic values and modern pedagogical practices.
Innovative mindset with creative approaches for institutional growth. (highly recommended)
