Educational Requirement : Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management Master's degree in Management / Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
Other Requirement : TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCY
  • Strong knowledge on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Analytical and report-writing ability.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 years of HR experience in pharmaceutical companies.

  • The Manager, HR will support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes across the organization as well as ensure smooth HR operations. The incumbent will also contribute to organizational development, compliance, performance management and employee engagement. The role requires balancing both operational HR functions and strategic support responsibilities.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pool for critical positions.
  • Ensure implementation of performance appraisal system & provide analytical input for employee performance trends.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Ensure smooth disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution through adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support in updating HR manuals, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Prepare and present reports on different HR metrics to support data driven decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by initiating employee engagement programs.
  • JOB LOCATION: Corporate Office, Dhaka.
