The Skill Development Trainer (Sewing and Handicraft) is responsible for understanding the project’s objectives and targets, and how they align with the organization’s purpose, culture, and ethos, ensuring adherence to its principles and the achievement of set goals. Additionally, she/he must have comprehensive knowledge of the rights of women, men, children, and persons with disabilities within the Rohingya community, including their access to and control over natural resources. Demonstrating empathy toward marginalized groups and a commitment to ending all forms of marginalization, she/he should provide sincere cooperation in the successful implementation of the project, with honesty and warmth.Job Description Responsibilities:
Develop and implement work plans.
Organize and lead design-based activities and unique craft techniques for women and adolescents.
Generate and select innovative product ideas.
Provide training on innovation and enhance participants' capacities.
Develop training and session plans in accordance with guidelines and modules.
Procure necessary raw materials and equipment through proper requisition processes.
Conduct needs assessments for participants.
Maintain a stock register and perform risk analysis.
Form training groups and provide orientation.

Ensure participants are familiar with sewing machines and provide necessary materials.
